SHIPPING
WHICH CREDIT CARDS, DEBIT CARDS AND WALLETS DOES COLIN THE COW SHOP ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken through the website using a secure payment gateway.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase is easy. Just click on any items that you wish to purchase and they will be automatically added to your Shopping Cart.
Once you have finished selecting the items that you wish to purchase, click on 'Checkout' and complete your order. New customers will need to register their customer details in order for us to fulfil your order.
EDITING YOUR SHOPPING BASKET
Click on the "Cart" icon to view and edit the contents of your basket.
All orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 days subject to the day the order is received (a Good Friday order for example will only be dispatched the following Tuesday – at the earliest – due to the Bank Holidays).
During times of extraordinary demand including sales periods and in the lead up to national holidays such as Christmas, orders may take longer to dispatch. Please allow additional time during these periods and especially where the date of delivery is crucial (such as birthdays).
Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email of confirmation. Your order will then be placed in the hands of a reputable courier such as Royal Mail to make the delivery. Orders can be tracked where relevant using the tracking device or please contact the Colin the Cow Customer Services team at hello@colinthecow.com for further details.
IMPORTANT UPDATES
Please note that during these unprecedented times, we are finding that some deliveries are taking longer than anticipated. We know that couriers are working their utmost in providing a rapid and accurate delivery to all our customers. This can be disrupted at times sadly due to the current pandemic and relating issues.
TAX CHARGES
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the prevailing rate and this is chargeable on all orders within the EU. For orders originating outside the EU, this amount will be deducted from the cost of the goods. For more information, please contact us.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Whilst we endeavour to keep a healthy stock of all our items in the shop, there are times when demand outstrips supply at very busy times of the year. If there is an item of stock that you are after, please email hello@colinthecow.com and we'll do our very best to help find the item you're after.
GUARANTEE
We hope that you will be delighted with your goods. If, for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return goods in a sealed, new condition for exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty.

CANCELLING ORDERS
Personalised products can only be returned if they are faulty.
You have the statutory right to cancel orders at any time within fourteen working days after the day the items were received. This applies to all our products on the understanding that they are in their original wrapper and unused/worn.
To cancel your purchase within this 14 working day "cooling off" period, you must inform us of your decision in writing by letter or email. We will refund you the full purchase price, less postage and packing charges, as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 days. This is conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of cancellation.
In the unlikely event that we cannot satisfy your order because the item is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If a product arrives damaged, or is defective, please notify us within seven working days and we will replace it.
Please note you will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered them to you in error or if the items are damaged or defective.
We do not accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit to us.

Currently, we are only shipping to addresses in the UK. We hope to be able to ship to your country some time soon.
